MagnaBloc™ is a patented quadrapolar magnetic device which when properly placed reduces the perception of pain. The basic science was developed and authenticated by several doctors at the Department of Neurology at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. The MagnaBloc device and the MagnaBloc trademark were licensed to Amway Corp. in November 1998. This worldwide license reverted to Gradient Technologies LLC on April 30, 2008.
